The Weighted Griddle Surface Probe is designed for precise measurement of surface temperatures on grills, griddles and hot plates. Its weighted construction ensures stable and consistent contact with the cooking surface, helping deliver accurate readings and maintain consistent cooking results in professional kitchens.
With a temperature range of -50 to 250 °C, this probe is well-suited to high-temperature cooking applications such as grilling meats, burgers and other foods where surface temperature control is critical. The large probe head, measuring Ø64 x 120 mm, allows for effective monitoring across a broader surface area.
The probe incorporates a K-type thermocouple sensor, offering dependable and responsive temperature readings. This makes it compatible with a wide range of thermocouple thermometers that support Type K inputs.
A 1-metre armoured lead provides durability and flexibility, ensuring reliable performance in busy and demanding kitchen environments where robustness and ease of use are essential.
