The RFX Starter Kit is a professional-grade wireless thermometer system designed for high-volume cooking environments like restaurants, BBQ operations, and smokehouses.
It includes the RFX MEAT probe, which is inserted into food to monitor internal temperatures, and the RFX GATEWAY, which transmits data to your device via WiFi.
Using radio frequency technology, the MEAT probe maintains a strong connection even through thick oven walls or BBQ lids. The system can track up to 50 probes at once, making it ideal for managing multiple dishes simultaneously. The included air probe clips onto your oven or grill to monitor ambient temperatures, ensuring consistent cooking conditions.
The ETI app allows users to:
- View real-time and historical temperature graphs
- Set high/low alerts for push notifications
- Save cooking history for audits and food safety records
With four internal sensors, the MEAT probe delivers highly accurate core readings. It’s built to withstand ambient temperatures up to 538°C, and its waterproof design makes it easy to clean. The system is optimized for HACCP compliance and comes with a free calibration certificate.
