The Q Series Penetration Probe is designed for reliable, continuous temperature monitoring during cooking processes, particularly in ovens and similar environments. Constructed from stainless steel, it provides durability and consistent performance in demanding conditions.
With a wide measurement range of -75 to 600°C, this probe supports both low and high temperature applications. It delivers ±0.5°C accuracy between 0°C and 100°C and a fast response time of less than four seconds, enabling precise and timely readings during critical cooking stages.
The probe is fitted with a 1.2 metre stainless steel braided fibreglass lead, offering flexibility and resilience in high-temperature environments. Available in three probe lengths (64 mm, 114 mm, and 305 mm), it can be selected to match different applications and product sizes.
This probe is ideal for use with the ThermaQ 2 thermometer, providing a dependable solution for professional temperature monitoring.
