The Thermapen® ONE Blue Thermometer combines speed, accuracy and connectivity in a professional-grade instrument designed for demanding food environments. Featuring a high-performance K-thermocouple sensor, it delivers precise readings across a wide range from -49.9 to 299.9 °C, with a resolution of 0.1 °C and accuracy up to ±0.3 °C in critical measurement ranges.
Designed with hygiene in mind, the casing incorporates Polygiene BioMaster product protection to help reduce bacterial growth. The instrument is also IP67 waterproof, allowing it to be safely washed or submerged for thorough cleaning, making it suitable for strict hygiene environments.
The integrated Bluetooth BLE 5.0 module enables wireless transfer of temperature readings to compatible applications for digital record-keeping and monitoring. This allows users to log, store and review temperature data without manual entry, reducing errors and improving operational efficiency. In food environments, this supports HACCP compliance by enabling accurate, traceable temperature records for audits and quality control processes.
